The main products of anti-corrosion tape include polyethylene anti-corrosion tape, polypropylene fiber anti-corrosion tape, polyethylene 660 type anti-corrosion tape, and epoxy coal asphalt anti-corrosion cold winding tape.
Among them, polyethylene anti-corrosion tape and polypropylene fiber anti-corrosion tape are widely used in chemical infrastructure and pipeline elbow anti-corrosion. Radiation cross-linked polyethylene heat shrinkable winding tape is a type of anti-corrosion tape. After radiation cross-linking, polyethylene has better tensile and damage resistance. Due to the use of butyl type heat shrinkable sol in its adhesive layer, the peel strength is greatly improved, generally around 70N, which is more than three times that of cold winding tape. Cold winding tape is above 20N. The anti-corrosion ability is much greater than that of cold wrapped tape, and is generally used for patching, patching, and anti-corrosion of three-layer polyethylene anti-corrosion structures and heterosexual pipe fittings.
